Warning: After the workshop, you will probably have no words! But I'll try... I came with a few demons and Shari picked up on that, and kindly and quietly checked in on me... and I see she kept track of every single person and shot insightful questions to each person like she was just in a room with that person, but also managed to hold court to all of us so we all felt part of it (it's all human-ness).

I feel like a changed person! I feel I'm ready to be the person... that I kept wondering if I had to permission to be.

I feel I'm ready to burn down... all the obligations and guilt and debts to the past that actually, while valuable then, have out-stayed their purpose.

I am amazed at the depth and breadth of Shari's workshop which seemingly asked unrelated questions from the whole of life... then brought it all together with the underlying "dance" of intimacy vs business, or feelings vs getting things done, that it's ok to want things but not do any of it in this moment, and it's ok to do lots but check in with yourself and find out it feels different.

I love it all and I will certainly grab the opportunity to work with Shari at any next opportunity. The vibe of in-person was beautiful and tender and hilarious and emotional.

You could say anything... and nothing at all... and either way, it was transformative.

The words ‘Thank you’ never feel powerful enough to express the gratitude I have for the space you create and the work you provide.

The day was full of deep internal questioning, unveiling a plethora of thoughts that will need a few days to settle. But no one said growth was easy!

This was my third workshop and yet again I unearthed a new level of understanding of what truly sits in my heart, what my real mission is and what I need to shift to stop holding myself back from being that true authentic maverick that lies within.

Shari sifts the silt from the bottom of the lake creating muddy waters and bringing up the debris that is creating an environmental hazard within.

I know in a few days times after removing the unnecessary weeds and rubbish, the waters will once again settle and I will have greater clarity of what is next!! And I can't wait!
