1. What is the course structure?
Each week new videos + worksheets are uploaded to the course portal for you to work through at your pace.
Week 1 is our intro week and weeks 2-5 there is a live Q&A call and a visualization/meditation livestream into the group.
2. What if I can't make the calls live?
No issue at all- life happens! You can submit q's for our Q&A and all replays will be put up in the portal and kept in the FB group.
3. How much time will this require?
The videos are max 10 minutes long each and each week has between 2-5 videos. The accompanying worksheets are for your own exploration so depends on how fast you think + write 😉
The Q&A calls will be about an hour + the visualization calls will be about 30-45 minutes
4. Is this a business course?
This is a course about you and how you are being, thinking and reacting to the world around you- in all areas of life! I will not be covering business strategies in D.A.R.E. but your performance mindset will shift for your work as well as all other areas you human in!
If questions come up about you IN your business, I'll happily answer. Business mindset- yes. Business strategy- nope not in this course (I teach that in other ones though!)
5. Do I have to be woowoo for this?
I am known for my holistic out of the box way of seeing and teaching and use both the practical and the intuitive sides to teach. "Woo + Do" as my trademark is pending....so to get the most out of working with me, being open to new ways of looking at yourself and things will be helpful to your growth, BUT crystals and chanting aren't required unless you love 'em 🙂
